Be interesting to see how they line up. That's a lot of attacking players

Re: England v Portugal
This is his starting line up for next weekend then.

All OK other than that useless cunt milner really.

Out of the squad available I'd say that's about the best balanced attacking line up we could field.

Quite like the look of that team. Milner is such an honest player it's hard to dislike him and he will bring a bit of energy to the mid park.

Ironic that Smalling has the biggest name in terms of number of letters.

There must be an alternative to boring milner

Re: England v Portugal
In fairness that's not a terrible team. Not sure about Milner in a diamond though - slow, but great at dribbling and generally seems to like to lay the ball off to someone else to take on.

Re: England v Portugal
Should read 'NOT great' at dribbling

Decent work rate on him but I do struggle to see what the fuss is about

I'm on Portugal pen minutes so hopefully England defend like they have been recently.

I'm not his biggest fan but I like the look of that England team he's picked.

Joe Hart having a proper chat with his mascot while all the rest of the England players just ignore theirs.

Good man.

HEAD AND SHOULDERS above the rest....

*cough*

Re: England v Portugal
PS I've given Hodgson a right battering, but that's more or less the team I'd want him to pick from the squad he chose.

I'd probably fuck Milner off for Wilshere and swap both full backs for the others available assuming everyone was in full contention for this evening.

Re: England v Portugal
well done Barn Owl, I like the positivity but I still wouldn't have Milner, he is dogshit

Sven Roeder 9:15 Thu Jun 2
Re: England v Portugal
Did they say that this is the first time Rooney, Vardy & Kane have started together?
One game before the Euro's

Sven Roeder 9:16 Thu Jun 2
Re: England v Portugal
Antonio for Milner would improve that team no end.
